3. INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE WEBSITE
We make every effort to offer the information contained on the website truthfully and without typographical errors. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
We ship to Spain except Ceuta and Melilla and the Canary Islands, but we are working to deliver as soon as possible.
We also deliver to the Balearic Islands, Mallorca, Menorca, Ibiza and Formentera.
The company in charge of shipping and delivery is GLS.
All packages include:
1 Box or shipping package per order.
All shipments in the peninsula are free of charge.
Shipments outside the peninsula are free for orders over fifty-five euros (55€).
For orders under fifty-five euros, the shipping cost will be fifteen euros (15€). The shipment will be received within a maximum of 48 hours.
If you place your order before 16:00 on a working day, your order will be dispatched the same day. If you place your order after that time, it will be dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed on Fridays after 16:00 or on weekends will be dispatched on Monday or the next working day if it is a public holiday.
Orders to the Balearic Islands can take between 48 and 72 hours.
It will arrive before 14h of the next working day if you buy before 16h.
In the event that the customer has provided the wrong address, all extra costs will be borne by the customer. If more than ten days elapse in the offices of GLS without being collected the order, FLOR ARENA will not proceed to reimburse the price paid and will retain the full amount.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
We love our products. If you do not love your purchase, you can return it to us within 48 hours (except for personalised and intimate apparel, which cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects).
Only returns previously authorised by Flor Arena will be accepted. In order to request an exchange or return, it will be necessary to send a photo if there is any defect or manufacturing defect. The loose thongs of swimsuits or bikinis cannot be returned as they are intimate garments.
Once the return has been authorised by Flor, the buyer must send the product to the following address:

Once the goods have been received and checked that they are in perfect condition, the money will be refunded or a new product will be sent, which will consist of the same article if the customer so wishes. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that refunds or reimbursement of the price paid will not include shipping costs or VAT on the order. These amounts will be deducted from the refund amount.
In case of receiving a wrong product not included in the buyer's order, Flor Arena will be responsible for providing the solution without any additional cost to the customer. The process will be to pick up the wrong item and deliver the correct one in the same service. The same procedure will be carried out for errors or inespecifications attributable to the buyer when placing the order.
In special promotions such as 2x1, the discount will always be applied to the lowest priced item.
In case of any change or return in orders on which a 2x1 has been applied, the object of the promotion will be broken and therefore the discount applied.
In any case, products purchased on the website www.florarena.com can be returned or exchanged within TWO DAYS from the date of purchase (with the exception of personalised products, which cannot be exchanged or returned, except for manufacturing defects).
FLOR ARENA is not responsible for misuse or damage to its products due to contact with water treated with chemicals or inappropriate temperatures. The specifications of the garments are listed on the website.
7. PAYMENT
FLOR ARENA offers you various payment methods so that you can choose the one that suits you best or best suits your needs: Payment by credit card, PayPal or by bank transfer to BBVA.
